Where and When to Get Samsung's Galaxy Note 3 and Galaxy Gear

Last week Samsung officially unveiled the Galaxy Note 3 and Galaxy Gear, and it'll be just a few weeks until customers in the United States will be able to pick up either new Android gadget. Here's where and when you can expect to see Samsung's new phablet and smartwatch.

Featuring a 5.7-inch 1080p Super AMOLED display and Samsung's S Pen stylus, the Galaxy Note 3 is now available for pre-order through Verizon and AT&T for $299.99 on contract. AT&T will start shipping the latest Galaxy Note "around October 1st" and, according to The Verge, Verizon will begin shipping on October 10th. T-Mobile will start offering the smartphone on October 2nd and will be available for $199.99 down with $21 monthly payments for two years. Sprint has announced that it will be selling the Galaxy Note 3 "this fall."

Samsung's Galaxy Gear smartwatch will be sold for $299.99, although solid release dates have yet to be announced. AT&T and T-Mobile have both acknowledged that they will be offering the device, and Verizon has only specified that it will sell the Galaxy Gear as a bundle with the Galaxy Note 3 for $599.98 along with a 2-year contract for the phone. The Galaxy Gear itself does not require a contract.
