Get Pumped For Pain and Gain To Win Gym Kit

Michael Bay's action comedy Pain & Gain hits UK cinemas this week and to celebrate, we've teamed up with Paramount to launch a competition that will give you the chance to get pumped like its stars Mark Wahlberg, Dwayne Johnson, and Anthony Mackie who play a trio of gym-obsessed criminals in the film.

All you need to do to enter is recreate the workout from Pain & Gain before September 30th.
